On our Private Tours there is one base price per van starting at $795. Once you book a van, all children aged 12 and under are free and all adults in excess of 7 are no charge.

Pick up and drop off is at any lodging in or near Flagstaff, Williams, Valle, Grand Canyon, or Sedona (Sedona guests will drive to Flagstaff).
Because it is one of our Private Grand Canyon Tours, you may call the shots. Where to visit, what to talk about, where to have lunch, and when to pick you up and drop you off--it is up to you. But if you like, we can just do our awesome usual tour! We will gladly take the reins.

What is included in a private tour price?
The Full Day private tour price includes lunch at a Grand Canyon lodge or picnic at the rim, all National Park entry fees for US citizens, snacks and beverages throughout the day, binoculars, rock samples and geology handouts, and nature and wildlife guides to take home. The Half Day private tour includes snacks and beverages but not lunch.
How many people can fit in one van?
Our vans comfortably seat up to 9 guests with everyone getting a window seat. For larger groups we can arrange multiple vans. Children 12 and under are free on private tours and do not count toward the per-person pricing — only adults and teens are counted.
Can we customize the itinerary?
Absolutely — that is the whole point of a private tour. You can choose which viewpoints to visit, what topics to focus on, where to have lunch, and when to be picked up and dropped off. Or if you prefer, just tell us to do our usual awesome tour and we will take the reins.
Are children free on private tours?
Yes — all children aged 12 and under ride free on private tours. You pay the base van price and per-adult pricing above the base group size, but children never add to the cost. A school group with 2 teachers and 12 children for example would pay only the base price of $795.
Can we book a private Half Day Tour?
Yes — private Half Day Tours start at $795 for up to 3 guests with a maximum price of $1,495 regardless of group size. Toggle the Make it Private button on the Half Day Tour booking page to see pricing for your group size.
